Background: Tibial medullary nails remain principally injected through the trans patellar tendon method before medial parapatellar Tandon tactic in crack tube of tibial. Solitary of most known problem of tibia nailing remains anterior knee discomfort. Objective: Objective of our current research associate average knee discomfort among Medicinal Parapatellar Tendon method also Trans Patelar Tandon method in Tibia medulary nailing intended for tibia tube crack. Methodology: Research Project: Randomised measured experimental. Research Period: Starting from August 2016 to September 2018. Mayo Hospital Lahore. Altogether 66 cases of locked or else kind 1 exposed cracks of tibia tube, in 21-61 years of age, of moreover sex remained encompassed. Cases remained positioned arbitrarily into 2 sets. In sets A cases, tibial medullary nailing remained completed through Medicinal Parapatellar Tendon method whereas in set B, TMN remained completed through TPT.
