ASSESSMENT OF THE CUSTOMIZABLE EMR-REPORTING TOOL (EMR-RT) FOR MEDICAL RESULT AT MAYO HOSPITAL LAHORE

Background: Electronic medical records (EMRs) offer the document to discuss logical information needs.
