TO COMPARE BUCCAL AND VAGINAL MISOPROSTOL ADMINISTRATION FOR LABOR INDUCTION AT TERM

ABSTRACT:

Objective: The main goal of the following study is to observe the contrast between the efficacy of the management of vaginal and the buccal. This is for the induction of labor at term. Materials and techniques: The following study is based on an experiment performed on one hundred pregnant women. Half of them which are totally fifty women were persuaded by buccal misoprostol. While the other half other fifty women were encouraged by vaginal misoprostol. Findings: The first group of the patients are named as buccal class. The observation from the study is that 36% patients from the first group were given a single dose. The second class is of people who are encouraged by vaginal misoprostol and they were only thirty two percent. Nonetheless, the value of tachysystole raised in the people of first group is much greater than another group. Conclusion: while inducing labor, from study it was concluded that the effectiveness of the buccal misoprostol is much higher than the vaginal one.
