TITLE:

COUNSELLING IN THE MANAGEMENT OF TYPE 2 DIABETIC MELLITUS

ABSTRACT:

Objective: To evaluate counselling to improve consistence in administration of T2 Diabetic Mellitus patients. Study Design: Cross sectional investigation. Place and Duration of Study: This investigation was led at the Department of Medicine, Al Nafees Medical college, Hospital Islamabad from January 2018 to September 2018. Materials and Methods: Sample size was 61 cases, educated assent was acquired from all patients enlisted, proforma was planned and filled for every patient. Data was analyzed on SPSS adaptation 21, Chi – square test was applied for statistical centrality. Results: In our examination sexual orientation circulation of patients in the investigation populace, guys 27 (44.24%) and females 34 (55.71%), the commonest age bunch 50 – 59 years, guys 12 (19.67), females 20 (32.78%), rustic 44(72.12%) metropolitan 17 (27.86%).
