LEGAL REGULATION AND STATE SUPPORT FOR SMALL BUSINESSES

The article discusses the legal regulation of support for small and medium-sized businesses. The processes and conditions for the development of small and medium enterprises are described in detail on the basis of the formation of effective support mechanisms. Development of support will enhance the influence of small and medium-sized businesses on the socio-economic development of municipalities, will increase the involvement of young people in small businesses, which will be facilitated by the implementation of the state program of entrepreneurship development, attracting federal budget resources region in competitive activities to support entrepreneurship, as well as financial upport small businesses through micro-financing system, the payment of the interest on loans, grants to budding entrepreneurs and the use of educational support measures.
