In the article, authors analyzed the impact of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the banking sector, and described the positive and negative ways of its impact on the banking structure. In recent years, the banking sector has shown great interest in the development and use of artificial intelligence technologies, which will automate most of the processes and also increase the level of customer service. The presence of artificial intelligence in the bank allows you to reduce staff and improve the economic situation of the banking sector as a whole. The results of the study showed that artificial intelligence will not be able to completely replace a person, however, it will allow automating similar banking processes, which in the first place will affect the quality of customer service and the efficiency of the bank.
