REGULATION OF OCCURRENCE OF HYPOTHYROIDISM IN CASES OF BETA THALASSEMIA GETTING BLOOD TRANSFUSION

Background: Blood transfusions in thalassemia cases might disturb thyroid gland. Objective: The objective of our current research was to regulate occurrence of hypothyroidism in cases of Beta Thalassemia getting blood transfusion. Methodology: Research Strategy: Cross sectional examination. Spot and Duration of Study: Department of Pathology, Mayo Hospital, Lahore Pakistan from March to September 2018.
