05.DENTAL AWARENESS OF TEACHERS IN CASE OF DENTAL INJURY

Abstract :

The aim of this article was investigating the level of awareness the level of awareness about traumatic dental injuries (hereinafter referred to as TDI) among teachers, and estimating the correctness of providing first aid in case of injury. A three-part survey was conducted for the research purposes. 60 female teachers from 2 different schools took part in this survey According to the results of our research, an extremely low level of awareness was found. Our suggestion: Our suggestion is to implement a short first aid course focusing on TDI into the professional formation of all education workers.
