Title:

14.TRIAZOLE SYNTHESIS USING CLICK CHEMISTRY VIA (CUAAC) APPROACH

Authors :

Hafeza Sumeen, Sunitha.T

Abstract :

we have successfully developed a method for the synthesis of triazole derivatives by Copper catalyzed Azide Alkyne Cyclization (CuAAC) reaction between alkyne and substituted azides. The reaction is simple, one-pot process, mild condition and easy to work up, no use of column chromatography purification, efficient to economical and environment friendly. Total twenty compounds synthesized successfully and confirmed all the structure on the basis of spectroscopic technique. The entire synthesized compound were evaluating the antibacterial activity with the use of standard drugs.
Keywords: CuACC, Azide, standard drug, Spectroscopic method.
