Abstract :

This systematic review explores contemporary strategies in health services management and hospital administration, focusing on enhancing healthcare delivery through efficient organizational practices, patient-centered care, and technological advancements. By synthesizing findings from recent studies, the review identifies key challenges, innovative solutions, and opportunities for sustainable improvement in hospital operations. Emphasis is placed on strategic planning, workflow optimization, financial management, and leadership approaches that drive both operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. The findings aim to guide healthcare administrators and policymakers in implementing effective strategies to advance healthcare systems globally.
