Abstract :
Prehospital emergency care plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely medical intervention and improving patient outcomes in critical situations. This comprehensive review explores the latest trends and innovations in prehospital emergency care protocols, focusing on advancements in technology, standardization of practices, and integration of novel training methods. The review synthesizes recent studies to highlight the impact of emerging tools such as telemedicine, artificial intelligence, and community responder programs. Key innovations in trauma care, cardiac emergencies, stroke management, and sepsis protocols are examined, alongside their implications for patient survival and healthcare system efficiency. Challenges to implementation, including cost and training barriers, are discussed, and future directions are proposed, emphasizing the potential of personalized and AI-driven approaches. The findings underscore the importance of continuous improvement and global collaboration in enhancing prehospital emergency care practices.
Keywords: Prehospital emergency care, EMS protocols, healthcare innovations, trauma management, telemedicine, artificial intelligence, patient outcomes, emergency medical services, stroke management, cardiac emergencies.
