Abstract :

The current study aimed to identify the impact of the paramedic’s commitment to the controls of patience and commitment on the feeling of comfort and satisfaction among recipients of medical services by formulating a questionnaire form and distributing it to a sample of 400 paramedics in the Saudi Red Crescent. It is based on a set of basic axes and items that aim to know the importance of the paramedic’s commitment to patience and its impact in alleviating the suffering of patients and increasing their confidence and reassurance. The study also indicated that the moral integrity of the paramedic affects the increase in the quality of medical services provided by measuring patient satisfaction after receiving services, which helps in identifying the paramedics’ shortcomings. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important and prominent of which is the need to focus on calming patients, which increases their satisfaction rates with the health services provided, and also the need for the paramedic to contribute to creating a work environment characterized by efficiency and humanity.
