Abstract :

Background: Hormonal fluctuations are highlighted to remarkably effect skin health with several life stages. This article finds the hard relationship between hormonal imbalance and the growth of common dermatological conditions which includes acne, melisma, and atopic dermatitis.
Objective: To find out the effect of sex hormones which includes estrogen, progesterone, and androgens on skin state in adolescents, pregnant women, and menopausal individuals.
Methods: The study finds a contrast of literature study, clinical data analysis, and expert meetings to find hormonal profiles and linked dermatological results.
Results: Hormonal changes were found to aggravate or reduce dermatological symptoms in each demographic regions. Adolescents finds an acne due to androgen surges; pregnant women find melisma linked to separate estrogen and progesterone; and menopausal individuals ache from atopic dermatitis related to decrease estrogen levels.
Conclusion: Hormonal changes play a remarkable role in skin disorders. Balanced treatment strategies based on hormonal status are important for more effective management. Exhortations for clinical practice and future researches are provided to better address hormone-linked dermatological states.
